Welcome to Chatpost — a space to chat, post, and connect. By using the Chatpost website, app, or Today board, you agree to follow these Terms of Use.

These terms exist to keep Chatpost safe, simple, and respectful for everyone.

If you enable optional alerts (like SMS or notifications), you agree to receive:

• Message updates

• Activity reminders

• System notices from Chatpost

You can opt out anytime in your settings or by replying “STOP” to an alert.

We review posts and behavior for safety reasons. If something goes wrong:

Post on the Today board with a system tag (e.g. #system #report #urgent)

We may pause or remove content or accounts that cause harm or violate these terms.

6. No Guarantees

We provide Chatpost as-is. We can’t guarantee perfect uptime, content accuracy, or data availability.

Use the platform responsibly and at your own risk.

7. Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or accidental damages

• You agree to use Chatpost without seeking financial claims

• You waive liability by tapping, swiping, or posting on Chatpost

We may update these Terms over time. We’ll post changes directly on Chatpost. If you continue using the platform, you agree to the latest version.
